Croydon Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT)
The CLDT provides support for people with learning disabilities, and their carers. It is run by the NHS and co-located with Croydon's adult social care service.
The service is available to adults between 18 and 65 years of age who have a clear and permanent diagnosis of learning disability.
