Blue Badges

If you have a disability that makes travel difficult, you can apply for a Blue Badge that lets you park closer to facilities.

Report changes, lost or stolen badges

Our opening hours are currently: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. 

Reporting changes

It is your responsibility to tell us as soon as possible if your details change. Please contact the Travel Service team at travel.service@croydon.gov.uk if:

  • you have changed name, address, phone number or email address
  • for change of address, please send proof of your new address, such as a utility bill or DWP award letter
  • for a change of name, please send proof of your new name, such as marriage certificate or Deed Poll.
  • It is important we hold the correct contact details for you, so we issue your renewal advice correctly.

Reporting damaged, lost or stolen badges

To replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge, you can complete an online form on the UK Government website 
Alternatively, please contact us for a paper form by contacting us as detailed below.

To report the death of a badge holder

You can contact the Travel Service team as detailed below. 
Please cut the badge in half and send it to the address below. Please include a short note that will allow us to update our records accordingly.
