You can switch to paperless billing, set up Direct Debit, check your balance, instalments and payments, and view your bills online 24 hours a day.

What you need to register

• your business name as it appears on your bill
• your business rates account number (this can be found on your bill)
• the post code for the property (please make sure there is a space; for example, CR0 1AD)

We’ve updated the look and feel of My Account to make it easier to use and find what you’re looking for.

We’ve also added extra security when you sign into an account. If you previously signed up, you’ll be able to sign in with your existing email and password.
