We’ve also added extra security when you sign into an account. If you previously signed up, you’ll be able to sign in with your existing email and password.
You can no longer access your council tax account through your business rates account. To view your council tax information, you will now need to visit Manage your Council Tax online and create a separate account.
If you miss a payment, we will start the business rates recovery process which may results in court action or a fine.
