Acceptable behaviour agreements (ABA)

An acceptable behaviour agreement is a written agreement between a person, a parent or guardian, Croydon Council, the police and, where appropriate, schools and registered social landlords.

Community protection notices

Community protection notices (CPNs) are designed to stop a person aged 16 or over, business or organisation committing antisocial behaviour (ASB) which spoils the community's quality of life

Dispersal orders

Dispersal orders provide the police with the extra powers to break up groups of two or more people, where they believe their behaviour is causing a nuisance, harassment or distress.

Public space protection orders

Public space protection orders (PSPO) give the police wider discretionary powers to deal with a nuisance or problem that harms the local community’s quality of life.
