The plan sets out a clear direction for all the partners of the Croydon Dementia Action Alliance to work together, to maximise our impact on the wellbeing and independence of people with dementia living in our borough.
It is an opportunity to tackle inequality and make sure no one is left behind. This is especially important given the disproportionate impact the Covid-19 pandemic has had on those with dementia and their carers as identified in a report by the Alzheimer’s Society in 2021 entitled ‘Worst Hit’
