Joint Medicines Policy

This joint medicines policy is aimed at commissioners in Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group and Local Authority i.e. London Borough of Croydon (LBC) and providers of services that involve supporting people with managing medicine in domiciliary settings and in care settings. It is intended to inform the development of contracts including service specifications, monitoring requirements and standards, and the assessment process used to identify the support needed, with the overall aim of encouraging independence and shared decision making.
