Make a disclosure request
Organisations can request disclosure of information that we might hold about an individual.
Some organisations, such as the police, solicitors and HMRC, can make requests for disclosure of information that we might hold about an individual, where it relates to formal investigations or law enforcement. These requests are known as disclosure requests.
