A ballot was held on Thursday 11 December 2025 on the proposal, by the Purley Business Improvement District Community Interest Company, to renew the Purley Business Improvement District for a further 5-year term.
The ballot result was as follows:

The proposal to renew the Purley Business Improvement District is approved. The majority of the business ratepayers in the BID area who voted in the ballot, both by aggregate rateable value and number voting, voted in favour of the proposal.
