You can appeal against certain decisions, such as your liability, your Council Tax band, or your eligibility for an exemption or discount.
A completion notice is issued by the council in respect of a new property or a property which has been newly converted. The notice will specify a date on which the property was deemed to be complete or can reasonably be expected to be completed.
If you think the completion date is incorrect, you can make an appeal online.
