If you have outstanding Council Tax or business rates payments, or unpaid penalty charge notices, and have received a liability order, this may be passed onto an enforcement agency or bailiffs.
There are a number of ways to pay your balance.
For each type of method, you will need to quote the unique enforcement agent reference number found on any letters received from the service which start with '34/'.
Pay by Direct Debit or credit card online and select 'Croydon Agent Service'.
You can pay by personal, building society cheques, bankers drafts or postal orders made payable to Croydon Council.
