New housing portal

We are launching a new housing portal, due to go live on 1 December 2025.

The new portal lets you see your invoices and make payments online. You may have received an email with your account reference number and been asked to complete a survey.

You will need to provide the following information to create an account:

  • account pay reference number
  • property address
  • name
  • date of birth

If any of the details above are missing or incorrect, you can complete the survey. This ensures you will be able to create and manage your account when the new portal launches
