Interest free loans of up to £4,000 for applicants over the age of 60, or who have a disability, whose property is in need of minor repairs and safety measures.
The purpose of the home repair loan is to provide help with small-scale works of repair, improvement for clients who are 60 years of age or over, or persons of any age who have a disability. Examples of work covered under this scheme include:

Applications for a home repair loan will not be accepted where there are resident working joint owners where, in addition to the applicant, other person(s) under the age of 60 live in and have an interest in the property and are working or earning.
