Lift safety policy

This policy sets out how we will ensure that lifting equipment is kept and maintained to a safe standard for use by our residents and employees, the public, and lift maintenance personnel.

We acknowledges and accept responsibility for lift safety and will ensure that it meets all its legal requirements relating to lift safety operations via a combination of regular inspections, thorough examinations (in conjunction 
with the organisation’s insurers), and periodic routine maintenance of all lifting equipment within the properties we own and manage.
