If you believe you or a member of your household may need additional support during a fire emergency, please contact our Tenancy sustainment team and tell us about your circumstances.

We welcome referrals from:

• council tenants
• residents living in sheltered accommodation.
• residents in extra care housing
• residents in qualifying temporary accommodation.
• leaseholders living in eligible council managed blocks.
