If you have access to the internet, you can now watch Croydon Council's Tenant and Leaseholder Panel meetings live as they happen from the Town Hall.

Meetings start at 6.30pm and take place at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon CR0 1NX, unless otherwise stated.

This borough-wide panel focuses on broader housing issues which affect all tenants and leaseholders, including rent levels, anti-social behaviour and repairs policies.

Applications to join the panel are welcome from Croydon council tenants and leaseholders. Please read the person specification and complete the self-assessment if you would like to be considered for this role.

TLP usually meet four times a year with councillors and service managers. However, we sometime hold special meetings to discuss specific items. This is an important role - by joining TLP you represent all the tenants and leaseholders in Croydon and have a say in the big decisions affecting your housing services.
