- death of a tenant
- end of tenancy
- fence or boundary issues
- grounds maintenance issues such as caretaking, cleaning or dumped rubbish
- notices or evictions
- tenancy amendments
- trees issues
We can help with the following enquiries:
- Changes to your tenancy - for example, succession assignment, name change, relationship breakdown, joint to sole
- Ending tenancies - for example, death of tenant succession, unauthorised occupiers, notice to terminate, residential care
- Fire or flood in your property
- Domestic violence and other types of violence outside the home (signposting role)
- Estate inspections
- Anti-social behaviour prevention and diversion
- Racial harassment and hate crimes
- Fraud (unauthorised occupants or occupancy checks)
- Environmental issues
- Support vulnerable adults
We are unable to provide advice on the following:
- Rent collection or arrears
- Inspecting and issuing repairs
- Private and housing association tenants
- Planned maintenance and improvements
- Allocation, waiting list, homelessness
- Rehousing
- Legal disrepair (when a tenant makes a claim against the council, allow your solicitor to represent you)
- Damp and mould
- Update on repairs
