Applying for official naming and numbering

To apply for official naming and numbering please submit an application to the address management team. Applications can be made online or by post.

To submit an online application complete the official naming and numbering form.

Please provide as much information as possible, including uploading any copies of plans. We will review your submitted application and confirm the payment amount due. You will then receive a payment link via email, allowing you to make a card payment online.

Postal applications

A printable application form can be found at the bottom of this page.

Please print and complete a copy of the application form. The fee for the application can be calculated from our list of fees, or contact us for guidance. Payment can be taken over the phone (020 8760 5538) or made by cheque (payable to Croydon Council).
