2 1/4 acres 0.91 hectares.
This small open space was given to the Corporation in 1936 by the local Developer Richard Costain Ltd. as a play space for younger children. The space was given as a memorial to William Percy Costain who was predominantly connected with the development of Selsdon as a residential district.
