Pay a parking fine (Penalty Charge Notice or PCN)

If you receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), also known as a parking charge or parking fine, there are several ways you can pay.

Penalty Charge Notices

Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), also known as parking fines, are issued when motorists break traffic or parking regulations.

Often they are issued by the council's civil enforcement officers and placed on the vehicle.

If an offence is caught on camera, a PCN will be sent by post to the registered owner of the vehicle.

You will need the PCN number when paying by any of the following methods.
