How to make a claim

Vehicle and property damage 

If your claim is about vehicle or property damage, you will need to provide us with:

  • the date and time the alleged damage occurred
  • a full description of the alleged damage
  • photographs of the alleged damage
  • the exact location of the incident, (include if it was next to or opposite a building or landmark)
  • the weather conditions
  • the direction you were travelling in (if it applies)
  • 2 independent estimates for repair (unless a repair was required immediately)
  • vehicle registration details (for vehicle claims)
  • any other relevant information

Personal injury

If your claim is about personal injury, you will need to provide us with:

  • the time and date the alleged injury occurred
  • a full description of the alleged injury 
  • photographs of the alleged injury
  • details of any NHS hospital or GP visit for treatment of the alleged injury
  • the exact location of the incident, (include if it was next to or opposite a building or landmark)
  • the weather conditions
  • the direction you were travelling in (if it applies)
  • your date of birth
  • your National Insurance number
  • any other relevant information
