Preventing fraud
If you provide false or inaccurate information and fraud is detected, the details will be sent to fraud prevention agencies. This information may be used by other organisations and law enforcement agencies, including the police.
To prevent fraud, we may also:
- check and share your details with fraud detection agencies and law enforcement agencies
- conduct searches about you using publicly available databases
- carry out credit checks
