Apply for a resident exemption permit
If you live in a Healthy Neighbourhood, you can get a permit so you can drive through the area.
To be eligible you must:
- live in a property in a Healthy Neighbourhood zone
- be on the electoral register or Council Tax record
You can also apply for an exemption permit if you live in a property with rear vehicle access from a road in the Healthy Neighbourhood zone.
Apply for a resident exemption permit
Resident exemption permits last for 3 years. You can get up to 3 permits per household.
If you move house and no longer live in the Healthy Neighbourhood zone, your permit will be cancelled.
