How much it costs
You will have to pay a £36 if you're applying for a new permit.
If you're applying for a permit to use with more than one vehicle, you have to choose Band 5.

| Band 1: Less than 1 | £28 |
| Band 2: 1-90 | £64 |
| Band 3: 91-130 | £102 |
| Band 4: 131-190 | £126 |
| Band 5: 191 or more | £160 |
If your vehicle was registered before or after March 2001 and there is no information about CO2 emissions on the vehicle's V5C, it will be charged at Band 5.
