Terms and Conditions
On street and off street parking:
- It is a contravention if during the controlled hours your vehicle is parked in a parking place without having a valid parking session.
- The parking session must be obtained immediately on arrival and before leaving the vehicle unattended - except in the cases of sessions obtained via Pay Point.
- Extension of the parking sessions must be obtained before the expiry of the initial time obtained.
- It is a contravention to return to the car park within two hours of the parking session expiring.
- It is a contravention if your vehicle is not parked wholly within the limits of a marked bay.
- Any vehicle parked in contravention of the Croydon Off-street Parking Traffic Management Order may be subject to the issue of
a Penalty Charge Notice not exceeding £160.

Blue badge holders can park for free. A valid blue Badge must be displayed.
