Terms and Conditions

On street and off street parking:

  1. It is a contravention if during the controlled hours your vehicle is parked in a parking place without having a valid parking session.
  2. The parking session must be obtained immediately on arrival and before leaving the vehicle unattended - except in the cases of sessions obtained via Pay Point.
  3. Extension of the parking sessions must be obtained before the expiry of the initial time obtained.
  4. It is a contravention to return to the car park within two hours of the parking session expiring.
  5. It is a contravention if your vehicle is not parked wholly within the limits of a marked bay.
  6. Any vehicle parked in contravention of the Croydon Off-street Parking Traffic Management Order may be subject to the issue of 
    a Penalty Charge Notice not exceeding £160.

The above conditions are a summary of the relevant Croydon Off-street Parking Traffic Management Orders. Paid for parking sessions are subject to these orders.

Blue Badge Holders

Blue badge holders can park for free. A valid blue Badge must be displayed.

Motorcycles

Motorcycles can park for free within a marked bay.
