Paying for parking with RingGo
Find out how to pay for parking in Croydon using the RingGo app and website, by phone or PayPoint.
You can pay for parking with RingGo if:
- you park in a carpark or on-street parking bay, where you see the RingGo sign
- you're a resident buying a one-month permit for yourself
- you're a resident buying a visitor day permit for someone else
How to pay
You can pay:
- on the RingGo app
- on the RingGo website at www.myringgo.co.uk/account/login (or www.myringgo.co.uk/croydon for permits)
- by phone - call 0203 046 0010
- by PayPoint (not for permits)
RingGo smartphone app
The RingGo smartphone app is free to download.
The app only stores the name of the person parking and the vehicle registration. It does not store personal information, like your card details.
We do not charge you to use the RingGo app. But some default settings may mean you pay a small charge to RingGo for reminders. You can disable these in the app settings.
PayPoint
You can pay by cash or card at any shop that has PayPoint.
The session will automatically start, so you do not need to return to your vehicle.
Discounts
| CO2 emissions (g/km) | Discount |
| Band 1: Zero | 25% |
| Band 2: Up to 138g | 15% |
| Band 3: More than 138g / km CO2 | Full charge |
You will have to pay the full charge for parking if your vehicle:
- was registered before March 2001
- is a diesel registered before September 2015
- was imported or modified without UK emissions data
