Masterplans

The East Croydon masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 21 March 2011. It was joint winner of the Best Masterplan at the New London Awards 2012.

The Fair Field masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 11 March 2013.

The Mid Croydon masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 9th July 2012.

The Old Town Masterplan was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document 1 December 2014 following public consultation in February/March 2014.

The West Croydon Masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 11 July 2011.
