Masterplans are overarching planning documents and spatial layouts used to structure land use and development.

East Croydon masterplan

The East Croydon masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 21 March 2011. It was joint winner of the Best Masterplan at the New London Awards 2012.

Fair Field masterplan

The Fair Field masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 11 March 2013.

Mid Croydon masterplan

The Mid Croydon masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 9th July 2012.

Old Town masterplan

The Old Town Masterplan was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document 1 December 2014 following public consultation in February/March 2014.

West Croydon masterplan

The West Croydon Masterplan was adopted as interim planning guidance on 11 July 2011.
