Harold Road
Designated April 1973, extended August 1992, December 2008 and July 2015.
An area centred on one of Upper Norwood's grandest residential streets, and formed of large Victorian villas which were built for residents drawn to the area in the late nineteenth century by the relocated Crystal Palace that was moved from Hyde Park to Penge Common in 1854.
