The Waldrons
Designated May 1973.
One of Croydon's first conservation areas, focused around a crescent of fine Victorian houses and also including other large properties on Bramley Hill and Bramley Close.

In order to protect the special character of the conservation area, and in line with section 8.2 of The Waldrons Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan, the Council has confirmed an Article 4 Direction.
