Brighton main line: improvements to reduce bottleneck from London
Network Rail's improvements will greatly improve performance and increase the number of trains that can pass through the station. The improvements are planned from 2019 to 2024, and will reduce the bottleneck issue that London and South Coast bound trains currently experience.
