Search for regeneration projects in Croydon
Wellesley Road: crossing improvements
New pedestrian crossings will be implemented at the traffic light junction between Wellesley Road and Lansdowne Road. This scheme potentially closes the existing pedestrian subway, but will create a more direct and attractive route between East Croydon station and the redeveloped Whitgift Centre.
This project will take place between 2018 and 2022.
