Food waste caddies
Food waste caddies will continue to be supplied for free.
Exceptions to the fees
If you believe that your container, for example, wheelie bin, has been damaged or lost by the collection crew, you can request a replacement for free. All claims must be submitted through our bin or box charge appeal form.
Please note that ordering replacement lids for bins are free of charge. However, old-style bins are no longer manufactured, therefore the parts required would not be available.
