Croydon Music and Arts

With a team of more than 60 instrumental music teachers, Croydon Music and Arts is a music service for children and young people providing:

• instrumental and vocal tuition in schools from beginner SoundStart programmes to music college entrance
• music centres with a range of bands, orchestras, choirs and other music groups that you can join
• performance opportunities for young musicians.

Croydon Music and Arts is an arts service supporting schools to:

• develop their arts curriculum
• access arts projects delivered by artists and arts organisations
• expand out-of-school arts activities for children and young people.

We support the celebration of young people's achievements through performance. This includes events organised by:

• Croydon Schools Music Association
• Croydon Schools Dance Association
• the annual Youth Music Showcase at Fairfield Halls.
