A voluntary aided Church of England school for boys and girls aged 11 to 18.
Archbishop Tenison's is a mixed comprehensive school in Croydon for pupils aged 11-18. There are 150 Places in Year 7, allocated largely on the basis of church membership, with 20% of places allocated to feeder schools and 20% of places open to all.
The school motto is 'Academic excellence for each person in a Christian community' and we aim to instil these values in everything that goes on at Tenison's.
Archbishop Tenison's Church of England School has a distinctive Christian ethos which gives the school its purpose and provides an inclusive environment where children can learn and flourish in a setting shaped by Christian values. We welcome applications from all members of the community, and we ask parents to respect the Christian ethos of the school.

In addition to applying on the local authority (LA) application form, this school requires you to complete a supplementary information form (SIF).
These supplementary forms seek information which is not collected on the LA application form, but which is needed by the school to enable them to reach a decision on your application.
You can collect a SIF from the school or download it from here.
The SIF should be returned direct to the school and not to the local authority. A SIF will not be considered alone. You must also include the school as a preference on the local authority's common application form.
