If you are a BSL user, you can use SignLive to connect to us via an interpreter for free. Just log in to the SignLive app on iOS, Android, or a web browser and find us in the community directory. When you call, the interpreter may confirm who you want to get in touch with.

To download the App for Apple or Android or sign in using the website, visit Signlive.co.uk.
- The first time you use SignLive you will need to complete a one-time registration. This will keep your account secure and allow us to call you back if needed.
- Find Croydon Council in the community directory.
- Press the call button and get connected for free.

BSL for face to face appointments
You can also use SignLive for face-to-face appointments with us. When booking your appointment, please tell us you’d like to use SignLive. We will arrange for you to be connected to an online BSL Interpreter who will talk to the person your appointment is with and sign their responses to you.
