Apprenticeships and employers
An apprenticeship combines training in a job with around one day a week of study. Apprenticeships are available to anyone over the age of 16 and are open to both new and current employees.
Your apprentice must work with experienced staff and learn skills related to their job.
The Croydon Apprenticeship Academy can connect you with training providers and local residents who are interested in starting an apprenticeship.
