Use this form to raise a formal complaint about council services.
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, we have set up arrangements for considering complaints about members’ conduct and failures to comply with the Council’s Code of Conduct.

Complaints must be submitted in writing. This can be done by post, or digitally by email or online form.
