Policies and procedures for conducting council business (codes of practice, procedural standing orders, internal guidance about the division of responsibilities between committees and delegated authority etc)

Policies and procedures (for services the Council provides) 

Policies and procedures about the recruitment and employment of staff (staff vacancies and staff employment procedure rules are included within the Constitution)

Customer service standards (complaints procedure and customer service standards)

Charging regimes and policies (fees and charges for the current year are contained with the relevant service information)
