Traveller encampment injunction order no longer in force

On 10 November 2020 the High Court ordered that the injunction against persons unknown occupying land and/or depositing waste, made on 17 October 2018, and the interim injunction made on 18 July 2018, were discharged.

This means that the injunction is therefore no longer in force, as of 10 November 2020.

Copies of the injunction will be removed from the sites concerned by 20 November 2020.
