The team consists of three wellbeing assessors and two social workers and, you will have met members of the team when they visited to carry out your initial assessment.
We can help you with any issues you may be experiencing as a guest or a sponsor. We have a wealth of experience, knowledge, and information to share with you and can signpost to other services, where appropriate. We have Ukrainian team members that you can speak to if you are having challenges with English.
You can also request a follow up welfare check should there be any issues with your placement or concerns that you need support with including relationship breakdowns. Wellbeing assessors can provide letters to assist with opening bank accounts, confirmation of being on the Homes for Ukraine scheme or for job applications. If this is something you might need help with, please ask your wellbeing assessor for support.

The team consists of five people, whom you may have met at one of our open days or our sponsor recruitment events.
The priority of this team is to administer the required checks for Sponsors, and process the scheme payments. In addition, the team also assist the wellbeing team with administration of cases for both sponsors and guests.
The front office team are also responsible for facilitating the Private Rent Assistance Scheme for homes for Ukraine guests and answer any queries from hosts or sponsors that fall outside the remit of the wellbeing team.
We are also involved with the organisation of events, including open days and sponsor recruitment events.
