If you are homeless

If you are fleeing domestic abuse

One of our staff members will contact you directly to discuss your housing options.

If you are already a council tenant in Croydon, contact your tenancy officer to discuss next steps.

If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 999.

If you have already joined the Croydon housing register

You do not need to make another application.

Visit your Housing Online account to see the progress of your application.

If you are subject to immigration restrictions

You’re not eligible to join the housing register.
