Croydon Council operates an appointment-only service for housing advice and support.

You cannot make a housing advice and homelessness application without setting up a Housing Online account.
If you don’t have a Housing Online account already, you will need to create an account. Read Housing online service user guide (pdf, 740KB).
Once you have created and logged into your Housing Online account, choose 'Homelessness and housing advice application' from the menu to complete the application.
You must complete an application before contacting Croydon Council.
