Interviews

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview, which will take place during the week beginning 4 November. The format of the interviews will either be online via Microsoft Teams or in person at our head office. Daytime and evening interview times will be available. If you have been shortlisted for an interview, you will be contacted by telephone or by email.

We will contact you by Monday 14 October to let you know if you have been successful in reaching the interview stage.  

To ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process, we are working with TPAS, a tenant engagement company. They are providing external advice and guidance to help us reach all Croydon housing residents and encourage applications. TPAS will also be helping us to assess and shortlist the applications we receive and to interview the shortlisted applicants.
