Leaseholder repairs and maintenance

Leaseholders are responsible for the maintenance and repair of their property. 

You should contact the communal repairs team if there is a problem with:

  • the external structure including windows and doors
  • a communal area, for example, lift, stairs
  • a council property affecting your property, for example, water leaking into your home

Emergency repairs

If you have an emergency with your utilities, for example, gas or water leak you need to take safety steps and report it to the utility company immediately.

For any other emergency, contact the repairs team on 020 8726 6101 between 8am and 6pm. Emergency repairs can be reported at any time.
