Annual visitor permit

You can only get an annual visitor permit if you live in the central parking zone. 

An annual visitor permit costs £18. 

You will also have a pay a £36 admin fee for your first permit.

It is valid:

  • all day Sunday
  • 6pm to midnight on other days

Day visitor permit

The cost of a visitor permit depends on:

  • which zone you live in
  • your visitor's vehicle's CO2 emissions
