The full sustainability appraisal of the adopted Croydon Local Plan 2018 can be downloaded below. It considers the environmental, social and economic impacts of the plan. The sustainability appraisal (SA) is made up of the main report and non-technical summary of each of the following, which must be read in conjunction with each other:
There are also three scoping reports, one each for the sustainability appraisals of the original Croydon Local Plan: Strategic Policies, the Croydon Local Plan: Strategic Policies – Partial Review, and the Croydon Local Plan: Detailed Policies and Proposals.
Habitats Regulations Assessment Screening Reports are also available for the original Croydon Local Plan: Strategic Policies, the Croydon Local Plan: Strategic Policies – Partial Review, and the Croydon Local Plan: Detailed Policies and Proposals.
A Health Impact Assessment has been carried out on the Croydon Local Plan 2018. This is to ensure that that health and wellbeing are considered as part of the preparation of planning policies and proposals.

An Equalities Impact Assessment has been carried out on the Croydon Local Plan 2018. This is to consider whether the proposed change will promote equality of opportunity; eliminate discrimination or foster good relations between different groups or lead to inequality and disadvantage. These are the requirements that are set out in the Equality Act 2010.
