Brighton mainline

The strategic regeneration framework (SRF) is a document we commissioned which supports the development of the Brighton mainline, and builds on the existing planning framework for the area, in particular the East Croydon masterplan. It seeks to evidence how to maximise the potential of East Croydon, achieving our objectives for placemaking, wider transformational development, transport interchange, regeneration and growth in Croydon.

The SRF is divided into the following strategies:

• context analysis
• vision setting
• spatial frameworks
• components and opportunity areas
• delivery strategies
