Search for regeneration projects in Croydon

A brand new development is being built in New Addington, which will radically transform the western side of Central Parade.

Features of the scheme include:

• A modern leisure centre with extended sports and leisure facilities
• A 25-metre, 6-lane main swimming pool, a learning pool, a fitness suite, a sports hall, and multi-purpose activity studios
• A community space (with a capacity for approx. 300 people) consisting of two large halls, a kitchen, bar, public toilets and associated storage rooms - this will be available for a range of activities and events (subject to the type of event and space required)
• Parking provision, however the building’s position on the site will ensure easy access from Central Parade for pedestrians and people living with a disability
• Eight family sized homes, which will be built fronting onto Chertsey Crescent

The development took place between 2017 and 2018.
