After you've applied
Your licence will be issued once all documents submitted have been checked and verified; an inspection of your premises has been carried out and meets the required standards.
Tacit consent does not apply. Do not assume that a licence has been granted even though you have not heard about a decision.
The licence may also list additional site-specific conditions which are in addition to standard conditions.
If your licence application is refused or you object to your licensing conditions
If you are refused a special treatments licence, or if you object to the licence conditions, you can appeal by contacting Croydon Magistrates Court.
