After you've applied
Your licence will only be issued to you when all the necessary inspections or checks have been carried out and the premises meets the required standards. Tacit consent, where you can assume that the licence has been issued even though you have not heard about a decision, does not apply.
The licence may also list additional site specific conditions.
If your licence application is refused or you object to your licensing conditions
If you are refused a special treatments licence, or if you object to the licence conditions, you can appeal by contacting Croydon Magistrates Court.
