This form is for the person who needs support. If you are helping someone, see our advice on help for someone else who is homeless.
You should try to gather certain information and documents before you ask for help.
You cannot make a homelessness and housing advice application without setting up a Housing Online account.
If you don’t have a Housing Online account already, you will need to create an account. Read Housing online service user guide (pdf, 740KB).
Once you have created and logged into your Housing Online account, choose 'Homelessness and housing advice application' from the menu to complete the application.
You can call us, or come to our office at Access Croydon. If you are not able to fill in the form, come to Access Croydon where someone will be able to help you.
