Existing customers: You were sent a confirmation email when you paid for this year's service, which has a link where you can manage your service including renewing it or ordering a new bin. We will email you reminders when it is time to renew your service. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, or you paid over the phone and don't have an email address, please call us on 020 8726 6200 so we can check your details and re-send the email if required.

Online, you can order:

• replacements for lost garden waste bins
• repairs to damaged garden waste bins
• additional garden waste bins for £83.00, collections for this bin will end on the same date as your existing collections

You can manage your garden waste service, including ordering an additional bin or replacing a missing/damaged bin, through the ‘Manage your garden waste service’ link you received in your confirmation email. To request this email be re-sent to you, check your garden waste service now.

If it has been more than 10 days since you ordered a bin you can chase your order by sending us a message
